Not helping realmmates is getting to silly imo

Regardless of what everyone say its a mmorpg and people that wish to have solo fights in such a game should be the ones that have to make an effort to get it, not the other way around. If a mid and a alb start to fight and another mid come running and then the first mid yells "DONT ADD" or whatever along those lines...I can almost promise that he will be left alone more often that if he dosnt do that. ONE easy macro and a /qbind.

nope those who whine about adding tend to do it in such an unconstructive bitchy way that they break the CoC - those who whine about not adding have done it in a more constructive way - i.e. this thread.

it would be better if you tried to engage with the points I made rather than trying to avoid them by redefining them as soemthing. Whine has not been banned in FH personal add whine has. And fucking good job too.

There is to much namby, pamby, lovey, dovey, don't want to upset other players going on.

Grow some testicles, Smack an Enemy over the head for summer...

Nothing in the games rules says that u are forced to kill an enemy when u see one.

hehe thing is there are always plenty left to kill.....only ones that loggs are the really frutrated people, and usually people that whine a lot i would think. I get zerged constantly, and sure after being zerged 1000 times i might logg...but then the night is usually over anyhow

Well even tho ive played since start ive always been mediocre to decent at best in rvr but almost always enjoyed it, but nowdays things are getting really silly as ppl are so affraid to help/join a soloer like me when fighting and will rather see me die then help out

Ive not playe daoc much lately but logged in last night for a run in Emain and it was decent fun with a caster, today i playe both with my hunter and my sb and i see probubly 10 fights in high traffic areas where ppl just stand in a grp watching other ppl fight, almost takeing turns fighting.

And vorst part is that ever time i help (or add as many like to call it) i just wait to get a rude remark of ppl getting angry.

Cant really see why ppl get mad when u help them kill an realm enemy but love when u heal em after when they running away trying to escape....isent it all about "manageing by your self" ?

Well i know ppl play diffrent ways depending on what they think is fun, but atm the "NO add" rule has surely taken hold of ppl and i really really hope its the majority that DO want it like that, because IF its just a loud few ppl that intimidate others then its really sad IMO!

Yes i am upset and yes maybe it is me that is in minority....maybe time to quit once and far all.

personally i am very anti add, its a game, its ment to be played for fun, theres no fun in dying, nor killing, ppl at excessive numbers. fun part is in equal fights, thats where u can show ur actual ability to play and how u have improved through time (skills as the well known word is).
in that way i can understand ppl hesitate to help each other, i myself often back out of fights where we get adds, and i would back out if i got adds in a 1v1 too (tho i almost never solo any more). if ppl cant handle a fight themselves, then they should improve in order to have my idea of whats fun. if they have another idea of fun, fine.. i have np with it, but they shouldnt have a prob with me either then.

that being said, i see very little, or actually no reason for ppl to tell others to fuck off, or even shout various worse insults to ppl, or emote in the case of enemies. its a mmorpg, live with it, its part of the game, and without those who do add/zerg/whatever u wanna call it, there would be no game (altho admittedly i have emoted a person or two through time due to simple anger - but i shouldnt have).

I just tell them to group up if they can´t handle solo playstyle.
