You don't do yourself any favours you know.. Everyone already thinks you are a nobhead because you shoot your mouth off on here constantly. NP never had the reputation of being a bunch of lamers until you got on the scene (albeit they were slagged on the old forums, but it wasn't to the extent it is now, and it wasn't really for a reason, only because they were doin well).. But even in this topic you take everything one step further and bring nationalities into the discussion. The quote '... England, USA's little bitch' could only be put there to draw attention to yourself, and to goad british players into slagging you off some more. I think you have some RL issues to sort out so you can get over this attention seeking thing.
Don't get me wrong, i have nothing against nobbly as a guild, its your pathetic attitude that draws more and more flames to NP, best of luck on PvP, and i'm sure once you have powerlevelled, maybe competed and beaten WL for the relics, you'll quit, claim you won, and then there'll be another guild rising up who'll come back and take them all away from you. Congratulations, you win PvP since you clearly 'pwnz us all', then you quit, and the rest of us can say good riddance when you're gone.

i dont know any "yankees" so i cant comment on that one :sleeping:. they are number one with what, RPs? wow yeh they show how skilled your guild is. who gives a flying fuck if you millions of RPs you could all still be a bunch of fucktards. loads of RPs doesnt mean you can organise things, it shows you can run around in the zerg - where is the skill in that?

I disagree with this 'bunch of fucktards' and 'have no life' shite...
a) I dont think all of nolby pride are fucktards, they seem a to be a pretty nice bunch with just a few exceptions, the problem is that on of the exceptions is the GM, and he draws flames to the whole guild with idiotic comments, simply made to draw flames, or if they weren't, then he is a demented fucktard who doesn't know any better... But is ignorance ever an excuse?
b) The one thing i get sick of hearing is that 'nolby pride has no life', if they can play 19 hrs a day, 7 days a week, good on 'em.. I probably would if i could (i've certainly done overnight sessions etc..).. And if they enjoy playing the game, and they do it a lot, and you hate work, but you gotta do that a lot instead of playing, who's got the better life?
So, good luck to nolby on PvP, looking forward to some nice fights, and maybe XanateA could keep the ego and attitude off the forums?

I used to be in NP, and I know most of them that play now, and I know how they work as a guild. What kind of personality you have, how you behave on forums, how much you swear, your opinions about x,y z, count for jack shit. All they care about is coming out on top. And they do. If you really think all they do is zerg Emain and farm RP and yadda yadda you are kidding yourself. I am no NP fanbois, but they are probably the best players I have met in my time in daoc. They have the ability to do anything they set out to do in this game, and generally do it better than almost everyone.
Again, I am no fanbois. But I like to tell it like it is.

Being a number one guild is not having the most RP's or being "L337 H4XX0rs" its about caring...organise stuff for the realm and being friendly in all.
Not running around getting ubah rps allday and killing everybody on PvP.
And Xanatea, sounds like you have some major irl problem because this is a G A M E, u make it sound like some gang streetfight or something.

Apart from simply having fun on Forums by slacking each other, or deeper rivalry between guilds, there is also acknowledgement for player skills / guild group skills.
I have no real idea of how NP relations with the rest of Midguard are cause I don't play in Midguard, I have no idea of what irl NP look like cause I don't live in Nobly (though I saw A-ha videos and that excellent picture on these forums so I know more than I'd like to anyway)... and I couldn't care less too.
As for meeting NP in game, it's always guaranteed to be fun and challenging cause they are indeed skilled and lethal no doubt about this.
Still these sort of threads really make my day, especially these days I'm working and can't play

and btw, how do you define skill? Is it pressing buttons on your keyboard instead of clicking with your mouse? Is it pointing a crosshair where you want to shoot and press the button instead of clicking on the attack you want to use?
Then of course it helps to have good gear, but still, the game needs some skill anyhow...

people base good players on there level and RPs, thats got nothing to do with being good because the game is so simple to play i dont even know why it came with a manual really.
