for anyone else whining about pop limit:

test server so quite probably less than the full spec of the normal servers
every single one of those 1500 will be in the frontiers unlike a normal server where there might be 3000 people on and only 600 in the frontier.

it's a restricted access server - they granted access to all active accounts open on tuesday (which had ToA enabled) - read the News.

you could try sending a polite RightNow and hope they can get it fixed (though given how many hoops involved in getting E&E access to gorre I'd not rate your chances) can probably guarantee that going ballistic on here won't help.
