I think Mrs Brooks has been rather clever here. She has arranged the time and date of her arrest and now speaking to the commons enquiry on Tuesday would jeopardise her upcoming court case - and if she does attend she can use that as an excuse to pick and choose which questions she answers.

Yup but the guy clearly likes to go in through the back door as he did it when the Conservatives were elected. All of the politicians have been under his watchful gaze. Hopefully this will put a stop to that!
