The avi is also poor and not worth the download in my opinion either, simply because it doesn't interest me in the slightest.

However, it is high quality, it is very skillful and it certainly isn't altered gravity.

Ignorant and stupid? I cannot understand why people would be able to take pleasure from watching such videos, in the same way that I can't understand how some people thought 'Armageddon' was a good film.

And the last time I checked, this was a democracy (UK), so I do have the right to be outspoken, and I do have the right to be abrasive. I don't feel hindered by any social graces on a medium that only allows us emoticons to express body language. That's why I usually take great care not to offend people who's views I respect.

In this case, I don't respect the views of the people who enjoy watching these kind of avis, because I believe that they have nothing better to do. At least I would be less critical of the filmmakers efforts if he had attempted to construct some kind of storyboard, or script.

The only reason that the author of the avi concerned made this film in the first place, is that he felt it a good way to impress upon people like himself, the skills he has, that they lack. That implies a degree of insecurity, which I pity.

Seems its about time some people from the tfc comunity saw whats going on here and why BW's own TFC comunity is full of newbs .

And what the hell I wanted to see how some people that have respect for the work that went into that avi would react to the many slates it had from some of the worst attitudes I've come across in online gameing .

The people behind this video are at a boarding school ,afaik, they arent allowed to play games online , they use to be allowed on irc but i beleive thats now been taken away from them. So the only thing they can do is have LAN games and practice current league maps etc, and!!! you guessed it... make some avi's on moves people aint thoght of on certain maps.

I am sure Acid will pass your comments on, and they will no doubt thank you for your pity :rolleyes:

I think this lot came straight from that 'herd of star wars nerds' video. I can imagine a vast queue of nerds, all lining up to see this crappy avi, dressed as hwguys, soldiers, snipers, etc.

At no point did I ever say I thought TFC was crap. I think it's a great game, I just don't play it now I've got cs to play.

I stand by my original assertion, that this avi is SHITE, and a WASTE OF MY TIME TO DOWNLOAD.

Oh, and LEARN TO SPELL CORRECTLY, SCHOOLCHILDREN.

Hmm well firstly i gotta admit i dont read these forums much, but from this thread its clear to see that the sense of community is pretty crap.

From what i can see these are Half-Life / TFC / CS / FLF forums.... note the TFC bit. So is posting a link to this demo really so bad?? And tomjeffs, I enjoyed this avi, does this mean that I:

have no social life

think being 'l337' is c001 (etc)

don't work for a living?

Well i can tell you that i have an overactive social life if anything, dont use 'l337' speak and im in full time education. But then again, you must be right, huh? :rolleyes:

come on guys, this is getting to be a bit pointless, remember the time the general forum got invaded by them FLF (i think) forum guys, all they did was post shite and insult, ya know, making a total fool of themselves, all because someone said something like "The game is shit, etc etc" so then a shit load of them from the forums come in, and this is similar

Now, please excuse me while i go watch Quantum Leap and The A-Team
