New Alliance on MId/pyd

Jordheim Peoples Front and Dah Troll Patrol have started a new alliance called Crack Suicide Squad , both guilds have been going since last year and have been building up towards RvR , so we felt it was time to start our own alliance , would very much like to say thanks to our old alliance leaders Nemesis . had a great time just thought it was time to move on and make a name for ourselfs , being known in mid for being nice friendly peeps is one thing but its about time we got known by hibs/albs for being not so nice friendly peeps still be it with good fun in mind .

Will be hard to get the entire Mid in one alliance, Mythic limited the alliance to one leader and 20 followers, so 21 guilds. Smart move Mythic!

Said before and it´s pure bullshit Blej!! And it has been proven plenty of times that Midgard doesn´t suffer from information spreading difficulties when it comes to defending relics and similar...

If you´r thinking about the Nemesis alliance where "information spread were easy" that might have been all that was good in that alliance.
Was real fun just watching the alliancechat in Nemesis alliance ; "OMF FFS L33T ROLFMAO defend OMG FFS STFU midgard sucks BLA BLA BLAB LAA STFU"

I think what the Nemesis alliance of yon olden days needed was to make sure guilds enforced a strict policy on who got /as permissions and who didn't.

I don´t see why some can´t understand the meaning of ALLIANCE. From my heart I can say that an allied is someone you trust and with whom you enjoy company. In that definition Nemesis never where an alliance, some guilds just didn´t get along and some players hated others. Where is the foundation för a alliance there... it wasn´t really strange that the Nemesis alliance broke down really. In the end that alliance just where a bunch of mid guilds wanting to argue with eachother - not a alliance in my/(the!) definition

Maybe 8-12 months ago the realm might have cared if a guild split off from the alliance but to be honest does anyone really give a fuck about keeps anymore? I remember waking up early a long time ago and Nilo (Alb) had done an early relic raid, everyone was on /as yelling and I ran to Yggdra, the entire realm was there defending, it rocked. People are more interested in farming rp's in Emain nowadays.

People who are actually angry about JPF making there own alliance, big deal, its not like Mid has much need for an alliance, broken random groups most of the day. ><

the name is a spin on monty python as is jordheim peoples front , as for no one bothered about keeps i think you will find JPF and DTP have done a fair bit of frontier defence and claims of late , for you bjel the passing of info is great for us when defending the frontier yes but the only time info is passed by you in emain etc is if you are dead or there is a zerg you cant handle am i wrong ? , you would never share a kill so are we not the kettle calling the pot black here ?

pfft at you for making me post like that on such a nice day as i have had today in daoc , get some joy back in your game bjel or let people get on with theirs =)

i think the norrsken alliance is strong since we have a so relaxed view on it and on our mothertoung (swedish,norweigan and some dannish)
some examples
/as simpson on channel 3 now!!!
/as anyone wanna go DF and farm..
/as any place for a leeching runie? i got bubble ;-)
/as 6fg hibs mmgE
/as only 1 infil mmgE

and alot of nice bullshit

not to mutch.. not to little.. just perfect.. and it's proven Norrsken is one of the stronger alliances in Midgard.

Similar to Faith Alliance Chat, most of our members view it as an extension /gu, works quite well for us.

We are thinking of appointing Frols as moderator tho.

see, this is where most people have a difference of opinion. I personally am glad that the New Era chat is restricted to RvR warnings, and important info only. back in the fed alliance, and before that the Nem alliance, all too often you'd miss important info. but as has been said, its down to each guild to decide what they want from AS.

personally I wish DTP and JPF all the best in their alliance, and feel free to scream at any member of TR when you want to pass info to the New Era alliance, we'll gladly pass it on.
