Need Some advice

I am a defensive armsman and was wondering what would be better for me a arcanium saber or a bastardsword.

Also how much would a 100% quality one cost me roughly.

when you get to RR5 a sabre will be better until then it doesn't really matter, i always went for the bastard sword but thinking about it sabre is probably better arcanium sabre at 99% cost me 300G
