How do Midguardians farm plats today when there's no arti to sell?

I need cash for 2x FS Chain armor and 1x FS Cloth + 2x Ring of the heavens. So i need alot! But nothing seems worth farming. Anyone have any ideas? All help is helpful!

Another alternative is for me to open a Shop. You order from me - I'll farm it for you and you pay me!

... hmm mb not ;d ... I have thought the same thing, what the heck to farm, but I guess there still are stuff to earn some cash from:

o Aurulite, could it get you enough?
o Farm drops - find a spawn of humanoids somewhere and farm teh crap out of em and make dough from salvage. Key question here is to find a good place ...

Haven't had to farm too much myself yet, as I had some old reserves, but those are soon empty...

Any other ideas?

ROTH is more farmable than people think as for cash the only advice i can give you bonehead is either attending dragon raids (decent cash i guess for the time it takes) or make friends with an ml9 sm lol

Roth is farmable with 4 toons atleast thats how we did it.
Well can allways farm foppish for lightning sleeves or arms of the wind to get some really good rogs.

i have Fop shaman and ML10 Summoning SM, and i've been farming stuff long before ToA - but now everything seem to be out of value, and the prices on CM's is still sky high. I'll mebbe give that Foppish a go...

did you try farming co5 dungeon? the drops (blue diamonds etc) sell for ok cash (blue diamonds are like 16g 50s each)
with summ SM.. you can probably make loads of cash there
barely anyone is there anymore either since most did their champ quests pretty early after release of DR

wih those 2 go poc.

600g an hour + rogs + stones, last day i went there i got ofc lots of cash and 7 stones. each stone is selling for 2P. its easy and fast. u can even if u really wanne go that far , get a leech who pays u a little while u pull in poc... i pl my alts in poc to lately...

well it seems like they nerfed poc stone drop rate was pling my valk and healers artis for 5+ hours on the best spot. And not a single stone dropped

Roth aint that hard to farm really. But takes ages to get one neitherless 2.

Do pryd+excal jacina then wait xx hours to do again...

But buying 2 of them is even harder I think.

Edit: Would rather farm after DS str ring instead and work around other items.

Well i did Foppish sleeves this morning on exc and got 2x Chain sleeves from one kill. THey should be worth something. Havn't checked CM yet but i guess im omw. Does anyone have any spoilers on how to do JS with minimum group so i got bigger chanse on roll?

Ye, only problem is that gov/scalars cost 500g-1p plat per repair so even in rvr it's not worth it.

Had my gov and scalars on sm since rr1-5L2 or so and they still don't need repairing been pveing ALOT in between that also

ML2.10 for the seer hauberk is still worth a bit I think. Quick and easy to farm with ML9 SM although the drop rate on the seer hauberk isn't too great.

the thing about these posts is that if thoose who know what to farm say what to farm, that particular item/item's wont be worth farming for anymore =)

However, if u go farm guthlac or something u can make good cash, when he drops that shield

Its not particularly rare. It is valuable because it is the currently the "standard" hauberk for seers. If you check a template site you will see that 5 out of 8 healer templates use it and 4 out of 9 shaman templates use it.

A good way to find out what is valuable is to look at templates, if the same item keeps appearing then you should look into trying to farm it. If I was to suggest stuff to farm I would go for rings:

Immolated Ring - ML1.1 - Easily farmable with ML9 SM pet
Ring of the Torrent - ML9.8 - ML9 SM pet farmable
Cianan's Cataclysmic Ring- Otherworld - Probably need a small group + ML9 pet
Band of shadows - Band of Stars encounter - soloable
Zahur's Ring - Crown of Zahur encounter - Probably need a small group

bonehead, ofc u wont lower prices to much, becouse u farm to get the money u need for your own template, and other necesary items. I've personaly been farming and selling quite a bit, but when u are using warrior templates worth.. well i dunno, but i have payed alot for it atleast

Point is, no1 farms more then they need for their own, cus most ppl who still are playing is doing so for the rvr, not for making cash in pve.
