Mythics new log in Poll

We are looking for your feedback on purchasing 'a la carte' game features.
Amoung the top requested features are such things as:
Server moves
Gender Respecs
and additional vault slots.
If this mechanism were the only way thats these features were available,
would you be willing to purchase them.

I'd pay for char copies to other servers.
I'd pay also for char copies to other accounts, that would be best, I could consolidate my 4 Euro and 2 US accounts, "only" have 3 active at the same time.

Fee would have to be sensible though, 10-15 Euro max par char/account copy.

CCP offers character transfer service to other account for their game EVE.

it on login on the usa servers m8, and not sure it will happen on EU servers tbh as mythic already has account spilting and /char copy to pendragin GoA doesn't support any of that

tho i doubt that'll happen as GoA would (i think) lose so much income.. they'd never agree with such thing.
unless they can fix the income problem somehow

Well they clustered a Japanese server to a US server so its all possible!

Bullshit. If it's possible to do it, then it's possible to include it as part of an Xpac or patch. The decision to charge extra for it - on top of monthly subs - will be coming purely from EA's notorious Department Of Grabbing As Much Cash As We Can.

umh afaik every other mmorpg that offers char transfers asks for money aswell, me and probably everyone in our grp would pay to transfer our chars to the avalon cluster

This is why the vast majority of the playerbase expressed such deep consternation at hearing that EA had taken over Mythic; this is exactly the kind of crap EA like to inflict on gamers.

It's the thin end of the wedge. How long until we hear this: "Ahh, yes, Warhammer Online. Here you go, £19.99. ...What? You want to be able to play all the races, and have access to all the zones? Then you'll need to buy the Warhammer Premium Edition, which is £39.99..."

I completely agree, EA are doing the same shit on Xbox Live and it sucks.

Gender respec... not sure about this one.

Extra vault slots - this should be part of the game.

Look at UO once EA got their hands on it, they enabled you to buy your skills to 85 when the old cap used to be 100, so basically the last 15 points you got yourself.

You pay for being allowed to play on the server, the ammount is rather equal to every other mmorpg out there.

It's only fair that you have to pay for a character transfer.

WoW has the luxury of many players still joining, DAoC is still declining. Population is an important factor for MMOs, not enough people and you feel like you're playing a ghost town.

I think excal/pryd already at the brink of beeing a ghost town as it is.
GoA should offer account copy to US server, and resell euro subscription rights to Mythic.

So yes I'm interested in char/account copy, if US-server were avalible as an option.

Aside from the chartransfer fees (provided theyre sensible), I agree entirely. Those of you who are ex-UO players know the score on this one...
