Mon - Sat 20-30 min walk (1.2-1.8 miles) @ 6am
Sun 1 hr 40 min walk (6 miles) @ 6am

Mon - Fri

7am 40g porridge/water/raisins glass of apple juice

10:30 handfull cashew nuts/pistachio + banana

12:30 wholemeal pitta/humous/cucucumber

3:30 same as 10:30

6-6:30 normal dinner (sensible portion)

Sat - Sun eat what i want, just dont go silly.

I forgot to do an update.

Before: 15 stone 8 lbs (33.31 BMI)

Now: 13 stone 6 lbs (28.50 BMI)

Well done to those who have lost weight :) keep it up :) I hope I have inspired more people with this thread :)

I just had my PT tonight.

I just ran 3 miles without stopping and halfway through the run we did 5 short sprints, up hill.

I know that doesn't seem alot, but its alot for me as I havn't done running for over 15 years.

Anyway I just checked myself on the scales...

Before: 15 stone 8 lbs (33.31 BMI)

Now: 13 stone 5 lbs (28.27 BMI)

I'm really happy with that tbh...

Hey, yes i have more energy during the day. The stuff i use to do and what i do now, i dont feel so tired after. Still long way to go :) need to lose just over 2 stone for my actual target :) will take a long time to get there, heh.

You can join in :) instead of losing weight... Gain weight instead! That could be fun :)
I am somewhat doing that atm, sorting my diet out and now going to the gym 3 times a week as well as jogging now and again. I've put on about 4 lbs since I started. (y)

Update :)

Before: 15 stone 8 lbs (BMI: 33.31)
After: 15 stone 3 (BMI: 28.10)

I just had my PT and again we ran 3 miles with a mixture of up hills and then 4 short sprints but a little longer than the 1s I did last week.

For those that have lost weight so far :) keep going your doing great
