Before: 15 stone 8 lbs (33.31 BMI)
After: 13 stone 3 lbs (33.20 BMI)

I havn't been able to do anything this week due to an injury!! I was told that I have to rest for a week or 2!!

Although I have gained 10 points in the BMI (not good) But I still weigh the same as last week.

I'll get back to it ASAP!

not sure when i'll give my next update

Update:

Ok its time to start the updates again now Christmas and New Year is out the way. I also had some injuries which put a set back for me (Pulled Calf Muscle had to stop running, orders by the PT for a week or 2) and then a car accident just before Christmas which a guy in a 4x4 decided it be fun to not look ahead and smash into the back of me while I was stationary at a junction...Whiplash etc...

Anyway Lets begin the 2012 Fitness:

Before: 15 stone 8 lbs (33.31 BMI)
After: 13 stone 2 lbs (27.73 BMI)

I will do an update every Tuesday Evening

Can definitely see a thinner face, and let's face it, it's not like you lost two stone off your jaw so I bet you're stomach is slimmer :)

Keep up the good work. What weight was your aim?

11 stone is my aim. I have 2 sessions left of my PT and thats it, so my extension for weight loss will be extended by myself and be more casual :) so by the end of this year I will get to 11 stone! :)

Well that's Christmas leftovers and the January blues out of the way, started again today.

12lb 10s

I don't really understand how I've lost 3lb by eating fuck loads of fatty foods and doing nothing but walking the dogs...but hey, I'm happy with it :D

Because you're probably eating a low amount of carbs, and doing moderate exercise.
Kind of a good way to lose weight :p

Try again. Low carbs is actually one of the best ways to lose weight. You can go into Ketosis and still eat 50-70g of carbs and that's silly fast.

Our bodies are designed for low carbs, so I don't see your point.

I referred to the Atkins diet, low carbs yes .. but what about the other shit you eat on it. High fatty foods, cheeses, meat, bacon, sausages whatever .. you will lose weight fast, but the chances are you will rebound right back after.
