in real RvR endurance is something you have to think about, so in a fight to decide who is the best/most skilled it should too imo.
However if you actually get such a server up you could do all kinda fights. With RA's without RA's, RR1 RR10, best group setup while using any weapons possible. It should be fun to set such things up.

Caballeros Pikones are the best.
cause most ppl don't speak spanish and still they are around
with ppl who speak english difficult. must be a lot of work for the officers and gl's to keep the train going.

daoc doenst only test skills in actual rvr situations, but also organisation and social skills.
getting the best items, organizing raids and exp, getting a group together etc.
simulators are blind to that skillset.
