More LD problems - can anyone decipher?

After going LD at least 4 times within an hour of play tonight I decided enough was enough. I switched on Ping Plotter for a two hour stint and went and watched SpiderMan.

I came back to find 30 spikes of 100% packet loss over the 2 hour period - this much seemed obvious from the graph. What I'm not so clued up on is how to interpret the actual trace figures.

The following is a 30min sample of the collected data. Can anyone help me isolate where things are going pear-shaped and who is responsible? To my eye it looks like there's more than one place where things are going wrong.

Ive had the same problem, its been slowly getting worse for me over the last 3ish weeks. Last night i was going ld every 6-10 mins so i also gave up and also ran pingplot.

According to pingplot i am getting an average of 5% pl on every router between my router and the excal IP and 100% pl in spikes sometimes lasting several seconds.
this is using Demon as an isp

running the same test from work, who use bt as an isp, i am getting a little pl (1-2%) on a couple of routers an average ping of 20 until i hit the opentransit network where it doubles to 40

Im going to try calling the Demon cs when i get home this evening to see if they can help identify where the problem is

This is a daily problem i usually run the proggie in the background.
Note the lag spike in max at songnetworks, due to router prioritising.
Only occurs as spikes, and very briefly.

The french part however is the worst part always lods of packetloss there.
