If you care so much about losing a d/q buff that you would avoid a fight because of it, you're just being a perfectionist. If you are afraid of fighting someone because you lost your d/q buff, instead of taking it as a challenge, you're a coward.

The cure for you is the d/q charge found on a wide selection of items, the price on the market are <20g. There's no excuse not to have it, unless you're brave enough to fight an opponent without it.

(My opinion is, if you want to hear it: Grow some balls and take it as a challenge! Maybe it will earn you some bragging rights, and a t-shirt saying "I beat an enemy without d/q buff". I dare you to find out. )

hes not whining at the class for being overpowered (ahem), but the ability to instantly shear their opponents from buffs they need, which is annoying cause there is no way he will loose against a valk anyway

cleric/sham/druid as a soloer u mostly only see in groups, some solo shams about but if they know what they are doing they will kill me anyway. do think that the valk d/q should be a debuff of 93 (same as spec dex) delve instead though.

Heh, i haven't RvRed with my valk since..hmm...last year, i think.
Don't think i've ever even grouped with it and i'm 8th on that list and only 2l8. \o/

If that shear pisses stealthers off so much, i guess it's time to get some MP armour(not the 99% i have now) and have some fun!

20 sec DD - 117 delve -anytime
30 sec frontal cone DD - 100 delve -stationary
1min frontal cone D/Q shear on same timer as 1 min Acu cone shear - stationary
30 sec frontal cone snare - 80% snare for 40s - any time
5 sec pulse frontal cone DD - 43 delve - 3s cast - anytime incl. moving 10% pow/tick ish
group damage proc buff thing
all cones on 700 radius, all damage is spirit

and for spear valks, 2 pbaoe dd procing styles in a chain that eat end (about 20 % a swing, ish)

oh and....
10% ghetto rez for leeching RPs
im 48 OW cos im spear, some people have less tho, but it gives you a rough idea

lots of toys, but ultimately a bit gimped (Apparently)
