Midgard Invasion - 24th December

I am planning to organise a group of stout albions to join me invading the midgard frontier on the evening of 24th December. The plan is to visit each keep in turn and sing Christmas carols to the mids inside. We are hope to spread as much cheer and goodwill across the land as possible.
If it all goes well, and we melt their stone hearts, I invite them to join us in a similar invasion of hibernia to bring the spirit of christmas to those godless celts.
Who's with me?

On a other note, how do i change my last name? I want to remove since i don't like the long display. We are supposed to be able to change it in 1.52 yes?

go to name registrar npc, and type /lastname xxx where xxx is the new last name you want, also you cannot change to having no last name at present.

Nah Christmas eve is the traditional evening for long pub crawls promptly followed by going to a midnight mass and trying to pretend you're sober

You can miss the midnight mass thing and still have a good excuse for not getting up X-mas morning still

I wonder if it would be possible to have an armistice - have GOA set the game so that you can't kill anyone at all in any realm and actually be able to understand each other.

Then have the biggest get together the game has ever seen.

I don't know if this kind of thing is set with a couple of flags or if its hard coded, but it would be awesome to be able to do that.

Getting drunk at x-mas ??? For me thats a night I spend with my family , having some good food , a few bottles of good vine and exchanging pressents , and all in all being in a good mode. You can get drunk the rest of the year.. but bloody well not the 24 of december..

I usually do the same as you on the 24. dec, except for after the family thing, I meet up with friends at the local bar and drink my brains out

I mean some silly people think that Christmas Eve isn't the main day of Christmas!

You probably wont see many scadinavians online Christmas eve, but then again Christmas day will see les of other europeans I guess
