Hibernia or Midgard?

Hi, im planning on starting on either hib or mid but can't decide which! Can anyone give me any advice, or their thoughts about their sacred realm?

Midgard, of course ! It's no contest, really. We are altogether nicer, smarter, funnier and smellier.

That'll be a Shadowblade. Good choice because I think Midgard has a desperate shortage of those at the moment.

Noone likes a Shadowblade, everyone loves a Healer.
Other classes are gimped and inbetween.

Silly alb wake up and smell the camelot air

I Play bothmid and hib though Midgard is my main, the hibs have some really powerful classes but the land soooks too green and no atmosphere or soul

Mid some classes are good and some are not , but with hopefully upcoming midgard love they should be fixed..

Mid land has nice atmosphere to the land... bit dark and brooding but is not disney on acid like Hib (old lands) SI hib is better than old hib though

Mid SI has some really nice mobs to eat you alive Primatives, Dinos, carniverous birds.

Which is greater SB or NS... depends on your play style time etc
SBs get a nerf soon so might be a hard call..

but Kobbies are soo cool imho so would say SB

okay join mid, tbh its not like hib actually needs people is it.

server = 25% hibs 40%mids 35%albs, or so it seems in rvr.

we need even more people to join alb and mid to push the hibs even further away from trying to do anything.

I have a hunch that Albion has the biggest pop atm, at least the largest active pop. Can't go anywhere it seems without the Zerg is upon you. Would be interesting to see statistics during the last month (on how many players in fact was online in each realm).

My bet is on Albion.

Erm, yes you do, we all know that, you don't have to state the obvious.

Tho, maybe it was because he had played in Midgard and Hibernia, but not albion? (and furthermore the question was about Hibernia/Midgard, not albion - not everything has to do with that damned city of yours, Cameleon, was it?

er the topic is which realm out of Mid and Hib...
get the point??? nothing about alb..

I play all 3 realms on 3 different servers..

Played mid in beta mainly and this is where my friends are so my main realm

If i was to start game afresh i would prolly looking purely at classes and upcoming patches not pick Mid..patches are only just beginning to balance some of the mid classes.. though a SM might be a tempting class

a balanced fg of each realm fighting each other 1fgvs1fg and i would say Hibbies would win then albs then mids..assuming all as practiced as each other and same RR..

purely because hibs require less classes to cover the must have spells and skills.. and have 2 group "I win" RAs the albs have same problem as mids requiring more classes to cover the stun/mezz/resists/debuffs etc etc but have a group "I win" button too (mainly of use vs mids or the rarer melee hib group).

I like Prydwen midgard on the whole has a for the realm feel.. not sure about the hibs on prydwen..

but basically play who you are happy with... look at a few class guides etc and choose from thier....
have fun which ever realm you pick , I will see you on the battlefield on one side or the other

I am not going to try to convince you , but have you played the other realms past L10? read the upcoming and current patches??

a realm with 3 stealth classes, 2 climb wall classes....Un mezzable pets that hit dam hard, longest range AE mezz in game.. and more..

ok you dont get an Insta AE stun but you have a few really nice RAs
and group ones too..

Mids on prydwen are very tenacious players it has nothing to do with the classes.

anyway I will leave you to your delusions

Albion has the most people on prydwen then mid and after that hib.

Albion has 700-800 people online at primetime (763 when I was there)

Midgard has 500-600 online at primetime

And hibernia 300-400 online at primetime

If 25% of alb went to hib then all realms would be belanced
in population that is.

If you pick Hib or Mid you're in for a world of hurt. Just roll up on teh zergh realm like every other dick.

I would join hib make a chanter or druid and yell CRY MORE NOOB every time i used my uber RA.
