little help needed

for uni I have to investigate how private hospitals can help diminishing the waiting lines in dutch health care. One chapter will handle the official health lines in western europe. The problem is that i can;t find any reliable sources to explain me how the health system works in the various countries. I am greatly helped if someone can point me a link or explain me how their healthcare works. I am especially interested in the healthcare system of uk, france, germany and the nordic countries. A simple link to the governments health page will help me greatly already. Thnx in advance.
