More likely because for the majority of the country they represent a cancer inside Labour which will make them unelectable for decades to come.

Why are they a 'cancer'? Because they believe in socialism or are you going to get your list of slander out in order to have a 'proper' justification for hating them?

Just keep doing what you're doing. Criticising Labour when you have zero intent of voting for them, that's it you plebs, vote for your own funeral.

You mean other than a dodgy ballot already mentioned which represents a microcosm of everything that is wrong with them.

Boris Johnson is prime minster with a massive majority....nuff said.

I just think it's funny that people have opinions on things that really have no effect on them.

Like sure, shit talking your opponent is normal, but breaking them down in a way that suggests that you have a vested interest in a party is a bit daft and is the root cause of all the propaganda and slander.

You can deny it all you want, but it'll destroy modern society as we know it. A step closer to dystopia.

Apparently this is the Labour leaflet given to new members:

(disclaimer: I haven't fact checked this but nobody has disputed it that I've seen.)

It does have an effect on them. An unelectable Labour party is as much use as a chocolate teapot. That's why we have a Johnson government.

We'll have Johnson for eternity via cloning vats if Labour elect RLB.

I do hope she wins.

I've always wanted to see buckethead above labour in the polls

Gays were a problem for some people.

Other than the (tiny) sporting issues I've seen nothing that is a big deal for society. It's just the next storm in a teacup when there's wayyyy more important stuff going on.

I do, and yet the world still turns. Just like it has been doing since gays were allowed to be open and all the prophets of doom turned out to be wrong (even though gay rape is a thing, we don't vilify all gays do we?)

But peace. We'll see how it turns out, rather than overturning another thread eh?

Seems to me its got ridiculous enough that if Starmer self IDs as a woman then she'd be a shoe in?

Who's vilifying trans people? Self ID doesn't require you to be trans. That's the point.

Nowt stopping him. He could just declare himself the first female Labour leader since womanhood is just a feeling apparently.

None of them have what it takes.
Labour has lost its authority and seriously they'd be better off asking Ed Milliband to step in, at least he'd give the impression of gravitas.

I think the real problem is Unites backing.

the real issue is there determination to have a woman leader at all costs.... even if it means being unelectable for the next 15 years until they learn that they should choose the best person for the job.

They seem to be making a habit of that. Milliband being a big one.

The irony is that Milliband looks like Winston Churchill compared to the shower of mediocrity we've had since, or are going to have, most likely.

Keir is going to win it anyway, not that it matters, the Tories are going to win the next few elections on the basis they're the Guardians of Brexit or GoB shites.

She's also pledged unconditionally to back any strike.

Do these people actually leave the house.
