I do love a good vampire film. I do hope this is a good vampire film. I'm struggling with the whole Kate = goth thing right now, and it looks majorly like the Matrix and the Crow had sex, and this was what slithered out nine months later, but thats not necessarily a bad thing.

And british horror films are getting better, so maybe?

Death Stars!

Looks good to me. Probably going to have a dire storyline unfortunately and I can certainly see why people may compare it to Blade.

It's the directors first outing as well. It seems he's worked as a property assisstant on Independance Day and Stargate, so there could be some influence from Devlin in there somewhere.

This is the writers first film story. Looks like he's played a lot of uninspired bit parts in bad movies over the years and he even stars in this film as Raze.

The screenplay writer has written an episode of the Outer Limits before and appears to be a highly decorated stuntman.

So, my predictions are.

1) Basic poredictible storyline.
2) Lots of action and stunts.
3) Expect to see Raze have a big part. (No accounting for people's egos)

Looks bloody good, first time I have heard of it and its out in September? There were no posters or trailers for this while I was in the US last month.

As for being compared to the Matrix, the website has a "Enter the underworld" tagline, which doesnt help.
