and if this thingy will not get removed or GREATLY nerfed (like one in 1 min caster time and caster have to be in radius so this thing can take affect) i will surely quit daoc.......this pile of shit can't be allowed by ANY player from ANY realm playing ANY class to let it go in play.....
this fucks not only balance but fucks chars that most players love them,played them too much time,spend months of /played....and noone has to allow that to happen........

ps. when toa is out and this thingy isn't fixed the population will join to the ppls that will quit..a lot of crap from mythic in my 1 y of this game...i will not allow another big pile of shit fuck that....
MA seems to be the end of daoc prolly......unless they deactivate MA and make a serious review over them

PN has been adjusted already ;p

now has a 5 min recast timer but still has the 1500 range and 15 minute duration :/

On another note, you cannot be attacked from range if you get seen, it has to be a melee attack that breaks your stealth.

but still it is annoying ;p its impossible to pass a mile gate now on pendragon and bors without someone being there waiting for you because of the nodes :/

This is the best idea mythic has up up with so far :D

Hope all the overpowerd Predator wannabes find another game where they still can be untouchable.

Great Joy. I`m gonna go buy another copy of daoc just to show mythic my thankfullness.

Since you are not a soloer how can you try to compare purge or determination to the ability to unstealth a soloer ? Does breaking or resisting you mezz result in you becoming the target of a full grp ? And even if it did you would have 7 more members of your grp to help you out.

To all those guys speaking of easy way of playing, god-mode etc... LoL !! Imo stealthers require much more skill than any other Daoc class. Since stealthers are such great RP-Gathering machines why dont you all roll one and OWN the world ?

Ofc this is not gonna be the end of all stealthers but it surelly is an uber nerf and gonna make lots of peeps stop playing with their characters.

And yes stealthers are indeed very important in the game.

if this change goes live as is, i am done with this game, as i have no intention of playing non-stealther class. good thing that we'll get ToA in spring only.

From the time of hitting the last item / last combat action to restealth is 7.5 seconds .

For an archer to shoot one fo these targets , they have to get close enough to see it, and have line of sight. + 7secs to restealth = dead archer


Archer using volley .. must be able to see the target to set the ground target. and the gt MUST be set outside ( so useless at mg when comming from the enemy side ( atk > amg emain )
5s to fire all 5 arrows, + 7s to restealth = dead archer


Archer using volley to destroy these things in a keep take..
After the mincer / assasin has climbed the wall and located the ste... errrr.. yes.. anyone see the huge problem here with setting gtaoe in keep takes ?

But these days I would prolly need 5 fgs just to pass mmg...
