If you read his stuff then you'll see he puts forward that as you travel back in time you travel back along different time lines. He said his equipment showed that there was about a 2% difference between his timeline and ours. Thus he didn't care about telling people stuff as it wouldn't effect his timeline, just ours.

TBH, I think all this is bollocks and probably a good wind up to the release of a new book. Much like the March 04th thing earlier this year.

Then again, if America is in a civial war in 2008 I shall be looking for a nice house in the country side.
