How do i go about getting a Q bot for IRC???

It's covered in detail as the first question, but the basic idea is you auth yourself, get a few people in your channel to justify the Q-bot and then go to #feds and ask nicely.

Some hints for getting the opers in #feds to notice you and do something for you:

1) Use lots of CAPITAL LETTERS
2) Put everything you type in multiple colours
3) Make sure you repeat the same line every time many times, this get's your point across quickly.
4) Put at least 5 !!!!!'s at the end of every sentence.

These techniques are well known ways in irc to get yourself banned^H^H^H^H^H^Hwhat you want.
