Well, last nite in Agramon, I was called a "fnin twat" by somebody I won't name for supposidly aggroing on what appears to be a very well " organised 8+v8+ " fight. I was playing at the time with my lil nephew aged 12, showing her how exciting the game was. I must admit, i was very embarrassed when she's had to read the insult.

I just want to say to those who are taking this game far too seriously ( RP whores etc), stay polite please, it's a 12+ rated game. I am pretty sure, such insults are against the CoC.

/filter is your friend and adding on 8v8 isn't appriciated by most 8 man group because it is really hard to get a "clean" fight these days.

Amagron might not be the best place to interfere in fights. No excuse for foul language.

And it probably came from your reputation related to porkbelly, not whining or anything, but that along with adding on an 8v8 fight is probably what caused it.

If Fg's/other smaller groups/soloers are good enough to let you have your 1v1 fights, why ruin theres?.

As to letting a 12 yr old child see this game with no profanity filter on is more irresponsible of you than it is of the person sending you insults, after the things ive seen and heard ingame i personally i wouldnt let my daughter anywhere near this game till she is at least 16/18.

the server type you chose is RVR...this means Realm Versus Realm, this means your realm fights the other's realm.

in no way does it say "Come play daoc where you can fight on the RVR server, this lets you make a r0x0r group of 8 to go pwn your enemies, but dont add or you will contract some nasty illness tbh omfg r0x0r"

Its about defending/strenghtening your realm, you work in groups yeah sure, but your aiming for the same outcome, there are no rules im aware of that says "dont add", when i used to play my mincer on rvr i leeched everything because i was helping out, sometimes people would be elitist but then again sometimes they would be grateful, i had someone stand next to me and watch me die before he attacked the person on me, pissed me off royaly!

currently i play on my shaman thus im always grouped, i adhere to the guilds rules about adding because their point is "dont add on a fight cause when you would normally be jumped they would leave you". now its an ok rule but i personally feel you should kill everything and anything.

Totally in line with that. There is no adding aspect in this game, and whomever whines about it are crazy I tell you, or worse traitors to their realm. Perhaps there should be a possibility of some kind of punishment of those non adding retards out there instead!!!

I only ever played Hib, but I can't help but wonder why we can't cooporate on anything. But of course, if any keep take ends by each group accusing the other groups there of adding then small wonder ;-)
