Jox hits the nail on the head. Fact is that at the moment, there's not enough variety in most RvR for most classes (and for a lot of classes, it's a bitch to get a group anyway). There's only so long people will stand at a portal keep yelling "lfg!" before they just think "Sod this, I'm going to roll a character that at least can solo".
Then, of course, they head into emain with their fresh out of school infi/sb and get their asses kicked by the stealthzerg. Plus ca change...

Or they try to go hw and get zerged by 2-3fg albs, camping mmg and ae spamming doors maybe?

LOL But did we catch you? Nah. Well only the once, and you got unlucky that time. It was the Hibby groups we were really after. But when you've got someone with TS in the group... seems a waste not to use it every now and then

I wasn't whining because the pair of you jumped me: I was whining because you jumped me as a duo and then moaned on BW that you just couldn't find anyone soloing these days.
Anyway, where was Nali last night? I thought the two of you were joined at the hip?

Today the alb stealthpopulation been insane in emain.
from MTK to MMG there is up to 20 alb stealthers. after 2-3 hours iw so far not seen smaller grps then 3, alth over at amg i seen duoers mostly mistrells hammering there sos after they jumped a soloer and are about to get steamrolled by a mid grp
never the les there have been some realy fun fight close to mtk where alb and mids have taken turn stealthsteamrolling eachother

Nuff said, why should someone port to emain and get pwned over and over again when he can roll an infil and pwn some himself? I don't see you use thanes or whatever, why should someone always be food when he can roll a class that does better?
Trust me, cleric is not always fun to play.
Especially when clerics can't do anything else in battle, just only healing and that only when they are allowed to do without all those crazy pets or interrupts.
Ok, shamans for instance have that disease to save their buts in a silly recast timer and a sick duration which atm is very good at rvr? A druid can use pet on oponent trying to heal and root at someone chasing them. Healers have so many interrupts and CC to counter both oponent healing class and anyone chasing them. Cleric only has the stupid stun that lasts less time that it takes casting and the pbaoe mezz in a 5min recast timer (not a few secs) which either is worthless when mezz is already used or gives a nice immunity if mezz not already used as it doesn't last enough.
So, give clerics some reliable self defence (maybe disease or snare instead of pbaoe mezz?) in a comparable recast timer with other realms (not 5mins for pbaoe mezz and a few secs for shaman disease) and maybe even something to use against oponents' healing class like everyone else has.
Discuss, or flame me. Whatever you want.
PS: I also started an infil around January but when i realised how many there are around i left him at 35 although it could be pretty easy for me to continue him now (see that necro in sig?
). But i think there are too many stealthers around. I even don't play my scout any more cause stealther without bot has no chance whatever....

Oh, the smite line definitely needs a boost - or, at least, to have the INSANE power costs reduced, so people can spec smite/rejuv without running out of power after 20 seconds of a fight.
