Industry standard for PHP upload limits

Would you agree that the industry standard for PHP upload limits is 2MB?

I think this is a bit low these days.

It's not the industry standard as such, its the default config (I think) out of the box. Mine is set to 16MB atm, the only downside of this is a potential dos threat but I have large HD and a large slab of RAM on the server in question so I'm not too worried my temp space is going to be filled with tripe.
