Pull the meds from anyone with an even slightly above average BMI. Pull the benefits if you don't take a minimum-wage job within 3 weeks. As long as nobody touches my reasonably-easily earned then why should I give a fuck?

1) You don't damage your joints cycling, you lose weight and you're at vastly reduced chances of costing the NHS loadsamoney.

i have a friend who broke his collar bone cycling when he came off. Costing the nhs money. He wouldn't have done that had he been sat at home. Neither would any of the other cyclists that have accidents.

Or do they just affect you. Or the emergency crews the hospitals that put you back together. The insurances you call on.

Oh trust me, it's one of the very very few things the French do better than us, I'd agree their country is utterly fucked financially, but it isn't due to their health service (which is a mix of private insurance and state provision). It's this wonderful idea they had of taxing everyone to oblivion, so most of the people who contributed a lot of tax previously have had enough and moved to London from what I can tell.

Whilst Scandinavia can be proof that Socialism can work (even if I'd argue in many ways, Scandinavia is very very capitalist), France is proof that it can also go very very badly.

Talked to him today, They've ruled out depression (at least in the classic sense) but he is showing some signs of Bipolar according to his shrink.
if it's enough for a diagnosis he dosent know yet. I've also resived his blessing to share, so will keep any interested parties updated
