thats what im talking about redi. but some people with perfectly normal hearing that hasnt been damaged, cannot hear that.

Maybe they were just not born with the ability to hear as much( as big a frequensy... some word I dunno how to spell ) as other people, not like every ear is exactly the same (not saying that every ear can't be damaged though)

not everyone can hear it. if you go sit in a quiet area you can hear that low humming background noise. not everyone can hear that either, regardless of their ears being damaged or not.

You've probably never experienced real silence then. When it is really quiet you will after a while hear the blood flow in your head. Its weird and first time I heard it (army, nightwatch during a field trip) it took me quite a while to figure out what it was.
