Address Bar
Tabs
Menu Bar
Command Bar

This is the layout of the menu's in IE9. I have unlocked them, but that does bugger all as I still cannot move them :(

I would like it so my toolbars look like this;

Address Bar
Menu Bar(far left)-------------------(far right)Command Bar
Tabs

Is this possible? Cannot find anything online on how to do it.

Alternatively, is Firefox 4 worth using? If so, what are some good addons I should install?

Thanks all

Google Chrome and Firefox 4 are both a lot better than IE9. Use either of them with their adblockplus addon.

(Chrome is my personal choice)

I ditched Firefox when 4 came out. There was too much that didn't work as I wanted so I switched to Chrome. It's not a perfect replacement, but at least my main plugins are catered for on both browsers (AdBlockPlus, mouse gestures, Xmarks, ForecastFox).

I gave IE9 a glance and quickly dismissed it.

I would seriously ditch IEx. Stick with FF or Chrome. Personally I use FF4 and love it. Still has an annoying bug that consumes a lot of CPU doing fuckall after a long period of time of not restarting it.

IE9 is fine but yeah, Chrome and FF4 are better. IE9 is definitely the best browser MS have ever released and shits all over the colossal failures that were 7 and 8.

Thanks all. WHat is mouse gestures, xmarks and forecastfox? Was unsure if they are worth getting?

Mouse gestures are a way to use movements to perform actions on screen.
For example, if I make an upwards movement while holding down the right mouse button, a new tab opens. If I draw an L shape while holding right mouse, it closes the tab. Drawing a C shows you cookie information for the page you're on. Things like that. I use "Smooth Gestures" for this.

Xmarks is a bookmark synchronisation tool. Firefox Sync does the same job, but Xmarks is multiformat and somewhat platform agnostic.

ForecastFox just plonks an icon next to the spanner that gives you weather forecasts for your location. Clicking on the button opens a mini-window with more details.

Chome has built in sync'ing as well, but like Firefox Sync it's a data silo so you won't be able to sync cross browser

That sounds like a good enough reason not to use FF4 tbh.
