Being fat is the new crusade. They can't go after smokers or drinkers because in the short term they need the tax money they generate. If they did bring in this fast food tax I bet being fat would not be such a problem any more.
Denmark implemented a sugar tax. We're still fat fuckers. Was implemented so that people would buy less shit and more greens. Besides the sugar tax they made a suplement law which says that light products should always be cheaper than the original. This has resulted in a swarm of shitty light products even more unhealthy than the regular products.

@fettoken I played for fun with my bros when I was a teenager, but my dribbling skills were not good. I was a better football goalie, so I went with that

Just read an article about height and was interested to know how tall the Freddy's are. Mind you I guess you could all be stretching the truth like Ed?

Apparently the shrinking with age is a very real fact and starts at 45!

6'3" (190.5 cm) and 112kg. That puts me borderline obese, which I am, but I'm on my way down. Was 160kg just over a year ago.

Stopped eating sugars. Bread, chips, beer, sweets, cheesecake, chocolate, flour, pasta, rice, etc. I still eat quite a lot and have upped the fatty foods in my diet. For me, I know I find it very hard to reduce how much I eat so rather than eat less, I eat different, and that works pretty well for me. I also get down the gym 3 hours a week and lift weights.

Eat less. Exercise. No shortcuts and no cheating.

Worked for 5 of my stones...

Well done! Takes some doing that, always battled with the pounds myself if not careful.

I had back problems like a motherfucker until I started the exercise. Had to go through all the pain at the beginning. In all the areas - back was a liability, ankles and knees were terrible (especially after my ankle surgery), aerobically it was really *really* hard.

Hate to say it - there's no shortcuts m8. It's an absolute fucker to get started - but if you want your back to get better then lose weight and do the exercise. It's the excess weight and lack of exercise that makes your back bad in the first place. It's a sort of twisted chicken and egg situation.

6'3" but I live in Cornwall where people are traditionally hobbits and miners, so I'm constantly whacking my head on door frames. I used to be like a racing snake, so much so my missus sister used to call me Rodney, but alas work and pasties got the better of me and I put weight on. Still chunky now but on the way down to looking like a greased cougar from the planet big bollocks.

There's an inordinately large amount of tall people on FH isn't there.
