Yes it comes down to killing your enemy, but why not do it with some dignity or however it spells.

A rr10, buffed just as you, and 95% of all assasins out there, how should we/he/they know if theyre unbuffed. Theres no way you can know that, blame mythic for not showing if your unbuffed/buffed, but really why should they.

It clearly shows, your playing for nothing else then rp's, rp's is like nice looking chicks, YOU JUST HAVE TO GET EM.

At least im playing this game for fun, and i play it how i want it to be played, and you play it how you want it to be played. But don't pls, dont start whining like you allways do, about zergs etc, when you do nothing against it. Your doing the total opposite in what you should do.

It's a shame that 9 out of 10 times I don't add, I will be zerged or attacked by someone who doesn't give a fuck about how they get their rps.

Like last night, I see this naked kobold and decide to hug instead of kill it, then Gargul runs at me and hits me to 40% but fortunately he stops. Then some rr4 sb called "Onemore" tries to PA me. Lucky for me I evaded and pa'd her back, but still died ofc since I was very low on hp.

And the day before, Jox was hunting with 3 stealthers near apk, I watch a fight between a hunter and an infil (was playing a scout), and Jox and his friend kill me.

<shrug>

As long as everyone decides for themself what they want (ie, being a lame adding fuck or really playing with honour) and actually do that, the game will be fun for solo stealthers. I know many ns zerg, every realm stealthers zerg, but I don't, the more people that solo the better. And don't come with crap excuses like "but they do it also" cus then you're being very naive.

Lol, so I only play for rp's? Dont think so, the very minute this game starts to get boring I will quit and move on.

Am I greedy for rp's? Not much, there is no useful ra's for sb's after rr 5 anyway and titles means nothing, its just a matter of time spended.

Most times I duoing with Ztyx and if that is zerging in your eyes, I am guilty.

I know if you find me you will attack, putting me in a bad situation,
now if i find you in that 1 min window ts last i will try to kill you,
1000 albs around or not, but getting 5 rp from a ts is worse than
doing the job alone. I wont hesitate to attack even duo enemy stealthers if i think i have a decent chance, and you should know
that its not an archers job to sniff out enemy assasins, but his job
to give covering fire.

Kinad, ive never fought you in melee sry. Every time ive fought you, you have ts'ed me, and killed me. I wont hesitate to attack you no, why should i? Im solo, and hopefully your solo, means 1v1, fair and square. You play how you wanna play, i got no problem with that, but if you'd realise, ts'ing ppl infront of fg's/zerg's aint fair. Hopefully someday you'll realise that.

So, there's whine directly, about the class balance, zZz. Stop it, or go vn boards, none will bother what youre writing here anyway.

I know your duoing with ztyx, that aint zerg, but give your opponent a fair fight. Let ztyx or yourself watch the fight. And take any possible adds ( there are allways lamers who add every fight yes, dont care about shit ). That's how i think you should play, but then again, its my opinion, and your entitled to your own opinion, and your own playstyle.

Powerslave, can't say the same about u, not 1 fight without u adding if u are in sight with that darn bow, i rather die solo than geting leechers/add....... I have tryed to stop all who leech on me, but dunno why but hunters don't seem to get it.. they keep on leeching on distans and think i wont see the arrows....... stop doing that and show ur'self honorble

dunno who u r, think we never met. But the Bow is a Archers Main Weapon like ur Sword, Axt, Rapier or what ever. Archers have 2 leech, its the only way how they can get rp's in days where evry1 have a bb and a rr11 alt.

wonder if the enemy were all computer played chars we'd whine so much at their tactics. probably not, cos, lets face it, the reason we dont play single player games anymore is, well quite frankly, its very difficult to simulate human randomness in a minimised programming sense. we woulda beaten daoc a long time ago and moved on.

so basically, we play daoc for the human enemy. theres no method or constant action that gets you the win. thats why other games you play and love go to the graveyard, you complete them once, you can complete them time and again using the same method.

so, online play roks. so much so that i cant get on with normal life. and it seems to me the only way to release it from my life is to hit that magic rr10 or become the most respected player of my class. the 2nd im afraid is the hardest to achieve. ive tried to play this game as noble as i can. but tbh, the 'nobility' comes from other ppls ideas of how u should play your character. which basically means, ' play anyway u like, just play in a way where u die, not i'.

ill give u an example of the last 2 years or so of play..

for 1.5 years i was totally unbuffd. couldnt get to amg, if i could i would last as long as there were a few albs to hide behind. rps were slow, not a lot of fun. port, stealth to amg, shoot die. always solod. ALWAYS. for 1.5 years i played alone in this game.
BRANDED AN AMG CAMPER WHO HID BEHIND INFILS!

then i got a buffer. couldnt get to amg, if i could i would last as long as there were a few albs to hide behind. rps were slow, not a lot of fun. port. stealth to amg, shoot die. just die a little slower.
BRANDED AN AMG BUFFED CAMPER WHO HID BEHIND INFILS

then seehidden came. stopped playing, rolled a minstrel
UNBRANDED

then seehidden nerf. started again. finished my SC, started to win a FEW 1v1. quite a lot with hunters, but not many of those around. usually got ganked on way to or at mmg by 1 or more SB. (nerf evade rate and that -300wepskill str debuff on slash)


after a while, i think cos of the level of rps id gained and the noticable buffbot at atk, started to duo quite a bit. won a few more fight. split the RPS. but less porting, more fun.
BRANDED A ZERGER

then i respecced for TS.
BRANDED A ZERGER WHO ONLY USES TS WHEN FG ALBS ABOUT

(last 2months) after countless flames and no respect on BW, started to solo from mmg->mpk a lot. i die a lot, kill a few soloers. get ganked by fgh many times and grps of mid stealthers. rps av gone to shi'te. not much fun, its a long walk to mmg in stealth.
NOT BRANDED. NOONE SAYS ANYTHING, which tbh kinda pisses you off after youve told ur m8s u wont duo anymore cos mids ur killing dont like it.

so, in summery, play the way the gives ya more fun. stop reading barrysworld, and if you do, dont try to look for any respect or someone looking up to you so u can justify the amount of hours u put in. if someone flames you, take it for what it is, frustration. we all feel it.


hope this makes sense. quit daoc while u can, theres no respect to be found here. go build a bridge in africa or stay and shoot SB arses with arrows. spiritual healing V fun, hmm.


btw. i like powerslave. hes a nice guy. always hugs. give more hunters imo. they all turn out ok, must b an archer thing. didnt fatbelly win most respected soloer?

p.s. read the sig, its a list of nice and bad things ppl av said about me, well i suspect its all archers alike really.
