Help !

Tried to login and recieved the message "Account Closed", ok fine i understand that i have come to the end of the 3 months so i go to find all the old details and login passwords etc etc

I login to the Daoc site and go to the account link and i enter the correct details and it just keeps coming up enter account details again and again and again .. the accoutn details are correct as when i enter an incorrect password or login i get the Red message to say they are incorrect.

Contacted subscription@... and logged a question on right now they contact me and say sure no probs just make sure youve got IE6 and check your security settings are configured as default, also disable the firewall if you have one and retry.

Ok done that and updated IE6 but still have the same problem so contact them again ...

They suggested that if this doesnt work go to a cyber cafe or use another machine. mmmmmm not very helpfull that by the way Goa, sounds ok but the nearest cyber cafe to me is 18 miles away and i dont really want to go all the way to work and login there on a friday night.

But before i go off to find another machine has any one got any ideas ? or have they come across this before ?

I tried to log today and my subscription was closed, automatical renewal didn`t work. So , i changed the period, was ready for 6 months more, but now i changed to 3. It worked and i loged without problem. Umm Goa lost 27 euros

Did you try to login with the right login/pass? u got 2 logins and 2 passes, 1 for the game and 1 for the account payment/getright...

i had the same prob before and this was goa's response

In order to solve your problem, you should first check your internet explorer version.
It should be 6.
Moreover, your privacy setting for Internet Explorer should be set to default.
You also have to take Firewall and Proxy down and to accept the cookies.

fark all use, i never solved it and did it on another machine in the end
