when im trying to connect on daoc.s server...a msg appears..
the msg is: Renderer Creation Failed!

i installed the game again..downloaded the patch and foundation...but nothing..

What's wrong?

hm.. you got winxp and a voodoo card? same prob then, other OS is in that case ur solution.

Could be your graphics card drivers, try to install the latest ones

Yeh sounds like gfx card drivers, try runnin in win98/me mode if you use xp.

often happen with a color depht higer than 16 bit...

also if locking the pc wile loading...

I had the same problem not long ago, what i did was: I got the lastest Gfx driver, DirectX 9,1 and the problem was solved

Usually means you hgaven't got high enough directx installed

I had that too when i bought a new video card and made the mistake of installing the latest detonators. Had to use older ones to make it work again.

render creation failed means ur tryign to get to to high a resolution when u start the game

edit the user.dat file and delete the resoution line it will default to 800x600 after that

I had the same problem, updated Directx and it was ok again
