Its a double (for no damage), quad (with a dot proc on the first hit), single, triple (with a dot proc on the second hit).

Why do you beleive the first hit is a double?
To me its either a single quad quad
or
a single, quad, single, triple.

either way if you remove that single and make the triple into a quad i would have died in 2 hits. That last triple was probably a quad anyway but i died before we found out
