Am pretty good on medium now with Surrender/Mother but some bits are really fucking hard to keep up with :(

Oh and my fingers hurt.

So DLC is now available at extortionate costs. 3 packs, each with one song I want and 2 songs I don't care about, at 500 points a pack. Think I'll give it a miss until they seriously revisit there pricing!

Patch is fine for me, if I had read that first I don't think I would have installed it though!
I get 96% on nearly all songs on medium, how do you manage hard mode? The orange button is too hard to get to!

The way I've heard (not quite got to hard yet) to work hard is to shift your whole hand down, so that you pinky is on orange, and then move your finger when you need to hit green, only moving your hand if there's a complicated bit with green.

The other way is to shift your whole hand when there's orange, but it's much easier to move that one finger than your whole hand!

The (shop bought) Deathlok song is the best for practising Hammer On's and Pull Off's so far for me. Try it on Hard, slow it down slightly - tons on there.

Zoomed through medium, had a few days in London and now itching to get back into it, but Hard needs some serious practice to beat.

New patch np for me either btw.

Just got this game myself yesterday, and I'm totally lost in it. My oh my, I never thought I'd have this much fun with a game. :D

I'm currently at the same "skill" as Aada. Doing Surrender etc on medium pretty well, but thats about it.

I like the fact that game progresses in a very nice way. You start off with having slight problems with easy, and then making it quite alright.. But when you move on, you continue to meet new challenges.
Hard to explain.. But basically, you can't just go to expert and think you'll make it just because you're a hardcore gamer. This game requires some serious skill.

I don't regret buying this at all. I'll probably have fun with it throughout the summer.
