if lower 49 is last str/con debuff.

rest light (20) for 35% ns, think its blue d/q debuff, will also lower your variance on base dd spells if u assist enchanters.

the general problem is that with NF out, you realy want to beat both the zerg and the set-grps

for zergs you want pb, for set-grps you want tanks (or casters with god given tallent )
