Then don't ask for a f*cking opinion.

Is not the title either.

So, f*ckity, offity.

Given my opinion on the subject, that is all. Don't like the answer? Go cry a river.

Same bull as people posting "I like this! Don't you? It's great!" and then get sh*t for saying "No, i don't." when asked.

Can I change my vote?

Englands Rugby World Cup Win in Australia. All the crowing by the Aussies Press with remarks like 'Dad's Army' just made it all the sweeter.

I will never ever forget that kick, all the bars full at like 9am with the game on, what an amazing day!

7 F1 championships >>>>>> 7 tour de france victories ;) I don't know of many/any other sports which cause the amount of physical pressure of a formula one car. Jet fighter geforce, loosing some 5kilos of weight in 1:30race all while travelling at 180mph and in some cases, with vibrations so bad it's made impossible to see out of the visor. So for that reason, I'd have to put a formula one driver of sorts there...the obvious guess would be Michael Schumacher as no matter what people thought of him as a driver, how much of it was the car, etc etc, in his day he'd blow an entire pack of the best drivers in the world out of the water even with a lesser car. As a result, he has some pretty amazing achievements to his name. I'm not even going to bother trying to list any of them though.

All that said however, John Surtees is still the only person to win a F1 and 500cc motorbike championship...I'm not sure that'll ever be beaten. Maybe because of how things have changed but still, winning on 2 and 4 wheels is just ridiculous, considering how far apart both forms of transport are.

Actually, disregard all of that. Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the adventurer guy who completed 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days, weeks after having a double heart bypass and how old was he at the time? Late 50's, early 60's? Despite all of the ridiculous treks he's done in his life, reading about that is completely jaw dropping... something which rarely occurs in sport for me anyway :)

Okay so maybe it isn't a sport but I bet if you were running a marathon you'd be calling it one :D

You really can't be having a dumb moment that monumental surely. Football isn't a sport either it's ball-kicking! Nas nas jeje?

Driving is a component part of a motorsport.
Ball-kicking is a component part of football.

Do you consider chess a sport aswell then?

sport  /spɔrt, spoʊrt/

–noun 1. an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature, as racing, baseball, tennis, golf, bowling, wrestling, boxing, hunting, fishing, etc.
2. a particular form of this, esp. in the out of doors.
3. diversion; recreation; pleasant pastime.
4. jest; fun; mirth; pleasantry: What he said in sport was taken seriously.
5. mockery; ridicule; derision: They made sport of him.
6. an object of derision; laughingstock.
7. something treated lightly or tossed about like a plaything.
8. something or someone subject to the whims or vicissitudes of fate, circumstances, etc.
9. a sportsman.
10. Informal. a person who behaves in a sportsmanlike, fair, or admirable manner; an accommodating person: He was a sport and took his defeat well.
11. Informal. a person who is interested in sports as an occasion for gambling; gambler.
12. Informal. a flashy person; one who wears showy clothes, affects smart manners, pursues pleasurable pastimes, or the like; a bon vivant.
13. Biology. an organism or part that shows an unusual or singular deviation from the normal or parent type; mutation.
14. Obsolete. amorous dalliance.

Unsurprisingly, there is a noticable gap between driving a formula one car and playing chess when looked at in the context of being a 'sport'...

I dont consider F1 much of a sport now I mean... Put any driver in a top 5 car and he will get pole. give any driver anything other than a Brawn, redbull, ferrari, mclaren and your not winning the championship, I also dont like them being automatic now the drivers get too much help for it to be fun for me personally. ( but i dont care about any of that if button is winning)

Fair point.

Although it doesnt detract from my opinion on both cases.
