Hey there, Mr Noob, want some breaking news? It does interrupt. I've had it happen to me lots of times this patch by savages who obviously know more about their class than you do. Take a look at the Camelot Herald's description of the shout:

True, the Camelot Herald is known to be error-prone. But what about the TL report feedback that was just returned to the Savage TL by Mythic? Find it on the following URL: http://vnboards.ign.com/message.asp?topic=53213934&replies=106

A quote from this report:

5. And finally, with respect to removing the interruption component from our insta-taunt:

"We're in agreement here. We do not feel that Savages need a ranged ability to interrupt casters to allow them to get into melee range. We'll be looking into finding ways to address this issue."

So really, the only 'nerf' I can see coming down the road is losing the interrupt from the insta-taunt.

Satisfied? Better crawl back to your savage and put that shout on your qb again.
