Oh and btw, I created my savage the day SI was released, before the zerker-nerf was even announced, before they were even considered excellent tanks. In fact I decided I wanted to play one the instant the SI-classes were announced, even when ppl considered them gimps in the beginning.

Maybe that was a little difficult for you, here's the 1st grade version, when I created my Savage. Zerkers were still the FOTM in Midgard. OK? Turd.

FYI, he rolled the savage way before it turned out to be FotM. I know, i was in the permagrp with him.

And here's a comforting thought for you: It's more likely that they will nerf Infs before Savages. When they do, i'll be popping a beer and laugh my butt off.

If you're lucky, they might even nerf savvys at the same time WoW get released. But by then, DaoC will be a barren wasteland anyway. So enjoy the savages, cuz we will stay for a veeeeery long time

Those of you drawing parallels between Savages and Enchanters needs a reality check. Enchanters are cloth-wearing casters that have 1.5k hitpoints, can be interrupted by someone staring hard at them, and can typically get of 2.5 spells in the time it takes for an enemy to charge at them, while a Savage is a dual-wielding light tank in studded armor with around 3-4k hitpoints (taking in IP), cheap tank RAs, determination that makes any kind of CC on them a joke, and who not only run at speed 6 but who also can interrupt that poor caster with their insta taunt long before they are in melee range.

So shut up.
