I'd actually like (before the thread gets closed) to thank all the albs who showed up and sucessfully defended one of the relics.
I'm fairly sure that if any of the other 2 realms had been doubleteamed in the same way and had both relic gates opened, they would of given up, come here to whine and lost both.

I think every alb involved actually earned their gratz, can the mids say the same?

Actually i will clear things up being a mid and in the thich of the days action from dinnertime onward.

We were running a fg pug, then albs hit glenlock area at about 1pm gmt with big bad alb cups, must have been 8fg+ easy, and an obvious raid.

Albs then all of a sudden drop their raid and run back to their land, we look at realm war map and there is big hibs attacking.

We think ok lets go farm some, and them mids say ok they raided us lets take surs and see what happens.

Str gate opens, we go and farm hibs at that relic gate. Power then also opens when mids take boldiam, so we go and take power.

Hibs then jump us on the way back to the river (why did hibzerg leave str relic to try take power from us??) but we escape and the relic gets home safe.

That is the story so any hibguard etc can go screw themselves, hibs even tried to take it from us.

Grats for midgard on the relic, was the pwnage.

if it wasnt then hibs didnt do a thing to stop mids, which would have made more sense.

Hello Excal type peeps,

Firstly well doen to 80 odd mids who fought in Albion today a job well done. Secondly there was absolutely now interaction between midgard and Hibernia, as Redfield pointed out, we simply took the opportunity as it presented itself. If we'd had come 300 strong then yes i'd have said you'd have groups for complaint however, My bg conisted of 89 mids at the time the relic was taken, there 27 of us when we took sursbrooke and the surrounding area, it was pure opportunism.

Yes, its hard on albion or any realm too defend against multiple attackers. But we merely, followed the situation developing in albion, and choose the best time to strike. That being when albion was tied up with Hibernia at Str Relic Temple. albion on both Prydwen and Excal has always held a numerical advantage. And niether realms Leaders can say they would not have siezed the opportunity had it come their way. I won't patronise Hibernia by saying thanks for the the assist. They worked hard, and I'll say commiserations on not succeeding.. After failing at Bold, with us having surs they switched there targets, we're both as much assisting each other.

Unlucky Hibs, well defended Albion, and Well done mids.

Bainshee delivers like 99% of all damage coming out of hibernia atm
