[gorre] bug, lag?

Got this when dueling (well I say dueling, the usual add came ofc).
Had /face on and still got 'you can't see your target'. Only thing I can think of is it's either a bug, lag (green latency bars?) or something else.

IIRC this bug was discussed then NF came to Amerika... when you fight on hills, the problem is in difference in heights you and your target stand at
same thing with ladders in towers/keeps etc.
