Apparently some time ago ROL dropped several towers in that system trying to perform a hostile takeover. Two towers were killed by Goonswarm and UNL forces a couple of days ago without resistance. Today a few more were coming out of reinforced. In the beginning there were about 150 Goonswarm\Zenith Affinity present in the system with around 20 carriers and 2 titans. AAA with ROL also had 150 strong subcap fleet. However they managed to enter the system using a walk around way (I suspect titan bridge to LQ-AHE, but could be wrong). They got into R2TJ-1 without any resistance, which could have hurt Goon morale somewhat, letting AAA\ROL establish control over the system.
The main ops goal for AAA\ROL was to save POSes coming out of reinforced mode. That was done without any attempts from Goonswarm to interfere. During the next hour Goonswarm called reinforcements from UNL and Legion of xxDeathxx. AAA called on Stain Empire.
GS\ZA\UNL\xxDeathxx started to create a plan for a breakthrough. They tried to time a jump in by UNL\xxDeathxx, supported by a simultaneous warp in by GS\ZA. When the plan went into motion local spiked to 500, of which 240 were from AAA\ROL\SE, already in position. Both incoming UNL\xxDeathxx fleet and GS arriving fleet ended up being bubbled on the gate.
Then there was a short brutal battle, which resulted in a crushing defeat of GS allied forces. Killboard Link Goonswarm fleet retreated from the gate in a hurry as soon as the warp disrupt probes wore off, leaving UNL and xxDeathxx to their own devices. Some of them managed to jump back through, some didn't. A few more were killed on the other side of the gate by -A-\ROL\SE pursuers.
Two goon titans that were present in this cynojammed system, located many jumps from the closest AAA base point, were not used for unknown reasons.

Region - Catch
System - HED-GP
Sovereignty - AAA 3
Importance - Jumpbridge point, entry to 0.0
Map Reference
KIA Alliance attacked HED-GP disabling several jumpbridges as an avant guarde of the NC involvement in the conflict. I believe KIA declared war on AAA. It is no secret to anyone that the North Coalition plans to assist Goonswarm right at the start of the new year. Some sources say that the operation was planned to start January 2nd and the original goal was to hit AAA in the Catch Region. Intresting times are ahead of us.
