I really recommend the inside the cell documentary. Just watched it. Our bodies are utterly amazing things. 122 trillion cells in the human body. And what goes on inside each one iis like something out of science fiction.

Clarkson on Top Gear is in danger of becoming a caricature of himself, but this sort of documentary he does very well. I have only seen the first of the two programs so far (though I think I saw the other one when it was on tv) but it was absolutely perfect Remembrance Sunday viewing and did more than any 2 minute silence ever could to really bring home the reality of what our service men have been through during the last century of war. The revelation at the end was a complete surprise as well!

Well worth the watch any time, but especially today!
