I can never be as good as you Tieris. No matter how much I try and imitate it your style is your own and no ones to copy. My grace with words cannot hold a candle to yours.

I'll state from the beginning,so that there is no miscomprehension,I have no quarrel or axe to grind with SotL.

To begin,I was also on the aforementioned Barfog raid and I also did not know about any "arrangement" between the two groups (this was only my second raid).
When the group was wiped out by Mordred,the members of SotL who were in Barfog refused to rezz anyone in the group.

My question is,why did the members of SotL judge the rest of the group because of a "disagreement" with one(?) person?
Was it a decision made by one person or was it all the individual people,capable of rezzing,deciding not to rezz anyone?

I do not personally judge a guild/group by the actions of one particular individual,but it appeared that the people from SotL who were there that day did judge in that way.
I am certain that SotL (or any guild) would not like to be categorised on the actions of one member,but 16 assorted people were.

It was a shame that SotL could not have risen above such pettiness and just rezzed the group <shrug>.....they would have at least gained some kudos in my eyes (with hindsight).
Until i'd read this thread i had put it from my mind and just got on with playing the game,the same as the rest of the group apparently.

Hopefully it will be put aside again and forgotten.




On a side note Mckfly.... i've never met you or grouped with you,but reading some of your posts......hmmm.

Odd really - I'm a Middie but If I was an Alb I wouldnt be too happy when one of your level 50's leaves ???

Its hard to know what the atmosphere is like in another realm but is it really as dominated as it seems by a coupla guilds?

Is it really that political on Alb/Pryd?

Some people still enjoy the game on Mid/Pryd - a few of us even do a bit of roleplaying from time to time.

We do have a few assholes but you just avoid em - I dont feel the need to hound anyone out of the game - a realm is a big place and its not like we are overpopulated.

kinda funny theres me rezzing people in mithra at 34 -

and i shouted FUCK!! some one auto b4 i got to them or some thing - delket comes down saying please dont sware like hes a mod lol i found it funny i kinda told him to get fucked and fuck off if he dont like it use /filter - he asked if i had a main - i said level 40 he said who - i said my other fly - and then he said the real fly -- yes im the real fly

And i am every one calls me that in game as well as in real life -

so delket sends a msg to soul - and i get a sweet lil msg back saying lol ill break ya balls im the real fly lol some thing like that then from that day on about a week every sotl member that i would ask if i could join they would all say no umm.. then i guess it spread round the realm - from them saying in group chat ( dont invite fly hes a twat ) i found it extreamly hard to level to 50 i had to w8 for my true m8s to catch up like matts i was ahead of him a tad but he caught up and im still bloody looking for groups

i leveled my cleric to 34 in 2 days no joke no one knew me -- ( leathen )

I feel that maybe people kinda dislike me - but i also know that i spec him a tad wrong - and grouping is way more fun - keeping my head high - makeing new m8s - makeing new enemys- lol

and i think it will be more of a chalange now to level to 50 to be fair i did alot of things wrong with mckfly 1 and i think the 50 levels whee just me learning how to really play a pally lol twisting at level 5 kills reds and oranges
