From the german site i translated it with online translator and got this.

i did it with 2 sites and both got same, its diff to understand, but might work. or try a german firend for the german text ^^

So that's that.
The code is simple.
All letters have been switched from place STILL in alfabetical order.
The vocals, however, had their own switching, also in alfabetical order.
Once you do some moving, the code becomes very easy.
