Then go on. "Think of a vote for LD as a vote for remain, and the morning after the GE we'll cancel Brexit, so that we can all just get on with it alright?"

And then make that the entire focus of their campaign. No new referendum, no referendum on the result, just resolve this shit here and now.

Then have a moderate manifesto positioned almost exactly between the fiscally incompetent Labour and the kind of, a bit nasty, Tories and with a commitment to call another GE in three years so that you don't have to commit for too long.

I still reckon Brexit isn't going to happen, I think talks are going to stall and the Government is just going to reverse it (which various EU leaders have said is possible now without any sort of penalty)
