The original Fable is £6.99 on Steam. Pretty old but I enjoyed it at the time. Added it to my ever larger "games for a rainy day" list on steam.

So I had £6 on my rewards card so I got it from GAME. Very annoying TBH, I've completed the order and it's told me an email has been sent with download details.... 20 minutes later and it has not been. The order is still listed as "unissued" in order tracking.

Gah, if I buy something for download, I expect instant access to it.

Oh great, the link seems to not want to open in firefox or chrome, but it worked in IE.... it's just a pdf telling me to download and activate in Steam. They could have put that info in the body of a email ffs.

I never really saw the benefit in dealing with preowned stock, it loads up you store with aging stock that requires work to shift and isn't that easy to sell.

Went into Game in White Rose Centre yesterday and there was loads of bargains on pre-owned. Got loads of old X360 games for a quid or two each (never had a 360 when they came out, Halo3, Gears etc...) Also got KoF 13 for £4.99. Will probably have to acquire an online code for it but best-price for new online is still £17.49. Good times for bargain hunters. Bad times for staff.

Doubt it Wijlet. They're basically moving all their stock so just cross your fingers that it turns up. Given what I saw at Woolworths it is likely that if they don't shift assets they will become insolvent and will then be completely fucked because they are not allowed to do that.

I just chucked all my points (just shy of £7) on Rage: Anarchy Edition for PS3 because it means I've spent like two quid and if it doesn't turn up then I'm not bothered.

I'd suggest that any of you with a points balance burn through it on something, even if you only take it to CEX next week to sell.
