Full Respec At Any Level?

Hello, today an Adviser told me you get a respec usable at any level, to fully respec all your skills, I need confirmation or denial on this. I asked all 14 Advisers online on the Albion Excalibur server, of which 8 didn't understand my question and gave me bogus answers, 1 said he didn't know, 1 told me it was true, 1 said it wasn't true, and 1 told me to message another adviser. Any help is appreciated =)

you get a single line respec at 20 and 40, only useable at those levels...

it was when the previous patch came, everyone was granted a full respec, but it had to be used within 5 levels? or there about...

Which means that players level 46+ at the patch time, would have a full respec avaliable at all times...

that's Excal for you No, you do not get a full respec at all as a new char

All respeccs has to be used in 2 lvls.

All full respecc has to be done within 2 lvls, if you're L20 you've gotta respecc b4 you reach 22.

Everyone has 2 single line respeccs, 1st at L20 and 2nd at L40, these respeccs has to be done at those lvl's, once your 21 or 41 you'll lose the single line respecc for that lvl.

And fullrespeccs were only given to those who had a char on the server when 1.5x hit us.

you didnt PM me and ive ben on most if not all of the day

nobody just gets a full respec.

you get a single line respec at 20 and 40

some patches certain classes get giver some respecs because their lines have been changed etc.
