Last time I was there the Cafe Rouge had really tasty reasonably priced food and lovely red vino. Also came across a great Irish pub but cant remember the name...mmmmm.... will think....

Myself and Vae would deffo like to come....and may I be so bold as to suggest somewhere that isn't so central and therefore less liekly to be crowded. Richmond is very nice, its where we live, has loads of choice and we might be able to provide crashing space......but its very much a might!
