yes, he got 1000hps then.![]()
try PA a fully buffed plate char(debuff on main ofc.), u do PA dmg first THEN debuff. PA dmg under 400dmg..and debuff lands = he got full hps on his hp bar (u nullified your PA dmg there with ya debuff....=makes your PA worthless)
heal the plate guy.
now just hit him once, unstyled, with debuff on main. he loses hp on his hp bar......= u do same dmg unstyled as when u do when u PA
this is why i respecced too DW (50thrust, 50dw, 31env/stealth , havnt respecced too rr10 spec yet ;dd)

I'm no assassin, but it would seem logical that in the pa case, when you hit for 580, to take the same example, the pa hits for 580 and the debuff reduces con for 200 hits.
Effective damage taken = 580 total.
Damage loss shown on hp bar = 380 since total visible hp is reduced by 200.
So if you pa for 200 instead of 580, there is an effective loss of 200hp but no visible loss on hp bar.
Thats how i get it.

thats what i am saying... that the hp bar shows that he doesnt lost any hp but the truth is your pa made its damage.
for example :
i say that if you debuff for 500hp a guy who has 2000hp and you pa him for 500 then you must do another 1000 damage to kill him... ( his hp bar tho might be full after the pa )
but Remi saying your pa is worthless so you must do 1500 damage to kill him...
so i am 100% sure for what i am saying and if you guys still think that a debuff makes a pa worthless or make its damage be less than supposed... sorry you are wrong.

your example is correct(your thinking the debuff hits first, but it isnt), the way u PA in regular cases is:
PA for 500 first, THEN AFTER you debuff for 500(debuffs 2000hp-> 1500) which means yout target got 100% hp on the hp bar(but he is debuffed too 1500). = he only lost 500hps -> made your PA worthless (imo)
cant really explain better ;d

I would like to see this proven...cause it makes NO sense whatsoever..if u PA a guy for 500... he has taken those 500 dmg no matter what...and debuff still takes 500 or whatever from his max hps...so 2000-500 from PA he now has 1500..the debuff hits..now he has 1500max but the PA did 500 so he shud have 1000 hps now...else this game is fuk'd beyond belief...but then again...isnt it?
