yes it is, but why should mids have the upperhand on a number of things. Which I cant be bothered to go into here :p

Ahh, yes, skillz. We all forgot that it was the Mid mad skillz who is making your realm uber and nothing else. Sorry about that. :rolleyes:

No.

This has been tested extensively. Evade4/selfbuff/dodger are all subject to the 50% evade cap.

The only way a Savage can exceed the cap, and there are extensive reports and logs on the savage boards, is with Kelgors Claw. This gives a 10% boost for the next attack only.

Yes m8..it takes some time to realize its nothing wrong with ur char its U thats the prob...you simply dont know how to play it....then at a point u thinking a skillz and tactics HAS something to do with this game and u learn.

well from my own experience (shammie and Runie), after meeting Cerdin in several great and fun keepbattles, if i get dotted by him i must wait for cure poison or let it run out before i can begin casting me spells again. And that is after i've moved away to a nice and secure spot. So i wonder how u are being able to start casting after just 1 tick? Makes no sense really, u are the first one to say this aswell.

Not perfectly(perfection is unreachable^^), but id say its ok balanced atm, except savages, those have to be toned down some(not nerfed to hell).

My DoTs, no matter how uber, only interrupt for the first tick. ;) I do tend to spam them when I can, however.

yes but i know some spells (like SH) will still do a interrupted animation but be casted anyway if you get a dot tic during cast (first tic always interrupts tho).
this is probobly the case with your RM, and that is why you think you get interrupted phuule.

That savages currently are bugged and have a far to high quadrupel rate etc, there is no denying.
But then again they have a very high missrate too, atleast PvE which is the only thing i can relate to atm with my puny lvl30 savage.

Savages have Evade 4 FYI, and the last evade buff equals 25% which is another 5 levels of evade.

So when self buffed savages have 2 levels higher evade than assassins(Evade IX) AND can do it in a 360 degree arc.:rolleyes:

How come when i try to cast Cure Poison on myself, i get interupted lots? I'm at a safe spot away from all aoe spells and such. How come i can't cast any spells then?

Plz explain that if u can.

interrupt code is crap...nothing new for casters here :)


hope they change that soon, would be a good boost for the hibs

The qua/trio-rate was nerfed pretty much last patch

Remove Tank-RA's

Remove paladin/friar/savage-taunt to cause interupt

Same things happens to me if I get DOTted by a shammie (for example), I know the first tick is supposed to interrupt, but when I use vanish to get away even the 2nd, 3rd or 4th (etc.) tick will cause me to unstealth again. I don't know if this is proof that it will interrupt casters or healers too, but its sure as hell not working as intended.

Um, of course it's working as intended. If you take damage, you are immediately put in combat mode, which means that you are unable to stealth (and will get popped out of stealth if you are in it). However, this is not the same as being interrupted -- this only (supposedly, and my empirical testing seems to support this) happens for the first tick.

2H savs often get the last buff but h2h don't unless they gimp WS.

Evade4 permanently + 21% for 30 secs + 10% from targets next attack = 41% from all and an additional 10% from the one you hit. (plus enhancers from external buffs that are avail to everyone)

Bottom line is that a buffed Savage doesn't need the last self-buff or Dodger to hit the cap for the 30sec fight duration.

Assasins however, get close to cap permanently, and with no penalty. Bit of a difference.
